The Business Analysis function support and enable the full change lifecycle, from feasibility to post implementation and live service improvement, right across our entire change portfolio including business change and digital change projects.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of our Business Analyst function, reporting to a Lead Business Analyst. You will be assigned to work on complex digital change projects that will deliver new products and services to enable CQC to become an intelligence-driven, digitally enabled organisation.
The salary will be £37,321 to £44,646 if based in Leeds or £42,050 to £49,375 if based in London. Additionally, CQC offer an excellent benefits package of 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, NHS pension scheme, NHS Fleet Hire, employee support package and an employee discount scheme.
The role will be office based at either our Leeds city centre office, or our London headquarters in the Victoria area.
You will have experience of working within both waterfall and agile delivery frameworks in technical and/or data-oriented projects and will use your experience of business analysis tools and techniques to understand user needs, and help design and implement new systems and services in line with our architecture and product roadmaps. With a good understanding of ‘service design’ you will be equally comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders within the business, as well as working with multi-disciplinary teams having detailed discussions about how the user needs could be met through the latest digital innovations.
To be eligible for this role you will experience as a Business Analyst working at a senior level within a technical environment and will possess a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent. You will also possess detailed knowledge of a wide range of business analysis frameworks and methodologies and experience of applying them appropriately in different change contexts.
