Let us tell you a little bit about the role....
An exciting opportunity for a Quality of Delivery Officer has arisen within our Hospitals Directorate. In this role you will you will be expected to ensure the integrity of our reporting capabilities by collaborating with operational and systems stakeholders to support and promote the high quality and accuracy of data logged in digital systems.
You will prepare regular reports and learning points that will be shared across the directorate and feed into the quality assurance dashboards created for Senior and Regional management teams. Working together as a cohesive team with delivery, methodology and digital colleagues, you will stay abreast of changes and help to administer these appropriately in to reporting systems.
You will also produce meaningful learning from inspection activity to aid consistency and benchmarking within the directorate and support the validity of published ratings.
What we're looking for from you...
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and navigate systems and process and display strong analytical skills. Along with your understanding of health sectors, you will also be familiar with Hospitals Directorate approaches.
Ideally, you should possess the ability to interrogate both qualitative and quantitative data sources and should be familiar with translating this data analysis to reports. Your strong organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.
