You should be educated to degree-level with professional qualification OR/AND equivalent experience, especially in leading and managing a QA Engineering function specialising in test automation, development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses as well as pragmatic testing approaches and developing QA approaches that fit how the overall software ecosystems work together.
To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge and experience of a broad range of testing, including but not limited to, BDD, TDD, System Testing, Regression Testing and Integration Testing and non-functional testing, e.g. Load and Stress Testing.
