About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with communications and engagement experience to develop and improve the way we do our job through better understanding what the public need and want from us and the health and social care system we regulate.
As a member of the Public Engagement and Insight Team, you will plan and deliver public coproduction, participation, research and consultation projects. This will include auditing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting (internally and externally) on activities, including their reach and impact.
We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic person with experience of working in a dedicated engagement and/or communications role. You will have knowledge of and experience of using a variety of engagement and research techniques to engage a wide range of people with different needs.
A strong team player, you will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team across digital and non-digital channels.
Most of all, you will be passionate about the value of public engagement and the critical role it plays in helping organisations improve.
