About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed term ICT Trainer to join the team in our London office. The role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of IT Training to CQC employees. You will own the analysis of IT training needs and the ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of desktop  (Office 2016/Windows 10) and business systems training. Supporting the ICT Training Manager as part of the training team, you will have input in the design of the ICT training strategy by applying sound knowledge and understanding of training, development and systems, as well as an understanding of CQC business requirements.

About you

You will be educated to degree level with a professional qualification (CIPD) or equivalent work based trainer experience, supported by ECDL Advanced or a recognised ICT qualification. You will also hold sound knowledge of training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation using different channels such as face to face, online and e-learning. With excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills, you will have an ability to secure and maintain the confidence of a range of stakeholders. Awareness (experience desirable) of Assistive Technology (AT) and commitment to the delivery and support of staff in the use of AT is also required for this role.

Depending upon business needs there may be the potential for this to become a permanent role in the future.
