We now want to capitalise on that investment and move in to delivery at pace. The Head of Implementation will play a critical role in this change agenda; providing leadership to drive the adoption and use of new services in the organisation in order to realise the benefits to users for Future IT Systems.
As Head of Implementation, you will be a member of the Improvement, Implementation and Evaluation Senior Leadership Team within our Regulatory, Customer & Corporate Operations directorate. You will be an expert and leader in implementation initiatives leading the planning and delivery of large scale programmes of change. Specifically, you will have a key role together with leadership responsibility for, leading an Implementation function to provide steer and direction to the Implementation Managers, with the aspiration of having Implementation at the heart of how we operate day-to-day.
Having the opportunity and responsibility to lead on the development and Implementation Strategy for Future IT Systems as well as developing and embedding consistent standards, consulting with partners as to what will be success for the programme to succeed and embedding good practice change capability.
You will set up, develop and maintain an Implementation function, providing leadership and be responsible for the Implementation Manager assigned to the specific programme and work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Whilst this is a homebased role, there will be the need for regular travel to our CQC offices.
You will have expert knowledge and a proven track record of successfully leading on Implementation and developing strategies to realise benefits across a complex programme environment.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain a clear vision, standards and champion the use of best practice Implementation management standards, tools and processes.
Holding the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach to working within a matrix environment, having exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and abilities.
