HR Advisor

Location: London, Leeds or Newcastle

Grade C, £29,725 per annum (National) or £34,454 per annum (London)

Full-time

FTC until end of February 2019

Depending upon business needs there may be the potential for this to become a permanent role in the future.

About the role

An exciting temporary opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen within our People Directorate to cover maternity leave until the end of February 2019.

As a HR professional, the HR Advisor within our Advice and Guidance team is responsible for implementing people strategies and HR operational plans.  You will provide advice and guidance to line managers and Directors across the organisation on all people management issues, such as absence management, grievances, disciplinary and supporting managers with the interpretation of all HR Policies as well as coordinating duties across the function to ensure deliverables are achieved. 

About you

You should be HR qualified with experience of working in a high volume, fast paced HR Advisory role and good working experience of HR processes and activities.
