About the role

You will be responsible for the scheduling of Specialist Advisors and Bank Inspectors undertaken by the Flexible Workforce Office (FWO). The post holder will provide high quality and effective customer service to the Directorates and the flexible workforce under the direction of the FWO Coordinator. Ensuring the effective scheduling of the casual workforce to inspection activities. You will be expected to work with, and take part in recruitment and engagement activities with this workforce, ensuring accurate and timely information flows, quality assurance controls, and a consistent application of policies and procedures as they relate to the flexible workforce.

About you

Educated to A-level education or equivalent, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and as the first point of contact for the FWO you will have an ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner. You should have an experience of dealing with high volume queries and information flows and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills. It is essential that the post holder is able to follow a process accurately with good attention to detail and has the ability to analyse workforce data to identify issues, trends or changes to ensure scheduling activity is successful.
