About the role

As a Finance Liaison Co-ordinator you will be a key member of the Finance Liaison team working to meet the needs of CQC.

The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities including verifying daily payment runs and also supporting the processing and verification of staff expenses as well as casual worker fees and expenses.

You will also support the Finance Liaison Manager in the analysis of payments whilst using your skills and knowledge to resolve complex queries in a timely manner.

Using strong verbal and written communication skills you will be expected to liaise with internal and external customers in a professional manner to resolve a range of issues including non-compliance with financial policies and procedures, escalating sensitive issues as required and you will undertake any other duties that may be required of you.

About you

You should be organised with good administrative skills, strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Competent in IT packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word you should also be able to adapt to changing technologies and working practices.

In addition to the above the person we are looking for should be able to demonstrate experience of working both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
