About the Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst within the Strategic Planning and Change team, you will be part of a professional resource pool and provide outcome focussed business analysis support to your allocated project or change initiative. You will typically work within an agile environment as part of a multi-disciplinary team working alongside user researchers, developers, product owners, UX and UI designers.
You will play a key role in understanding the user journey and identifying areas for improvement for the current process. You will have the responsibility for refining the backlog, user story and acceptance criteria definition as well as the creation of any relevant supporting documentation. You will typically be working a few sprints in advance defining just enough detail, just in time.
To be eligible for this role you will have at least 2 years’ experience working within an agile environment within digital projects, and have demonstrable experience of delivering critical outputs to enable them to achieve their goals. You will also possess a good level of knowledge of proven concepts, practices and procedures in business analysis, and how this can operate and be applied in a variety of change environments. It would be advantageous if you were a proven certified (ISEB, BCS, CBAP, CCBA) Business Analyst.
