About the role
We are looking for a Billing Manager who will manage and improve CQC’s cash flow, and who will ensure the timely and accurate billing of all our registered providers.
The successful candidate will have a wide ranging role. They will manage the Billing Enquiries Team as well as work with our many stakeholders – our providers, our outsourced debt management service provider, finance colleagues as well as inspection and other CQC colleagues.
You will have experience of supervising or managing a debt management team. You will have excellent IT skills, including experience of using a finance ledger. You will be a dynamic individual who demonstrates CQCs values and behaviours. In addition to the above you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and exceptional organisation and administration skills.
An accountancy qualification would also be desirable.
