Let us tell you a little bit about the role....
As an Academy Learning Consultant, you would be responsible for supporting the development and management of learning and development plans ensuring they are aligned and prioritised to support delivery of business plans, whilst ensuring that best practice learning approaches are adopted across the organisation in accord with the 70/20/10 model.
The successful postholder will engage with Executive Directors and senior stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise learning outcomes aligned to Directorate and CQC objectives. The role will include building directorate line management capability to support and lead on the development of their teams and individuals, including learning needs analysis, the delivery of local learning interventions, the transfer of learning and evaluating the effect on performance.
What we're looking for from you...
Educated to Degree level, with a professional qualification or relevant experience, you will have the ability to develop teams, deliver continuous improvement and influence both internal and external stakeholders. You will possess excellent skills in planning and prioritising, with current knowledge of theory and practice in relation to adult education and learning.
You will bring to the role your knowledge of and experience of learning needs analysis, learning design and evaluation.
