Let us tell you a little bit about the role....
You will work alongside and directly support the work of Inspectors and the wider Inspection team. You will be responsible for helping to assess the evidence gathered and collaborate with the Inspection Team to ensure sufficient and appropriate evidence is obtained. This includes supporting the collating of evidence for report-writing and quality assurance as required.
You will be required to oversee and manage specific safeguarding concerns and enquiries as and when they arise, as requested by the Inspection Manager. This includes processing administrative or “low level” safeguarding alerts/notices and enquiries under supervision.
What we're looking for from you...
Your excellent written communication skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills will give you the ability to analyse, triage and risk assess information appropriately. You will also have an awareness of how business processes and systems work.
You’ll be experienced in managing complex workloads with competing deadlines, and a good understanding of the CQC and/or Health and Social Care.
